TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Validity of an entry to the contest will be at the sole discretion of Cricket District

Participation in the contest is free and is open to all Facebook & Instagram users

Winner/winners will be selected at random from the entries received by Cricket District.

Employees of Cricket District and their relatives are not allowed to participate in the contest

neither directly nor through other individuals.

In case of any disputes, the decision of Cricket District will be final and binding on all parties.

The information submitted by the participants for this contest can be used by Cricket District in connection with publicising and promoting Cricket District and the related brand. The participant, by taking part in the contest, irrevocably authorises Cricket District to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute part and or all of the entry for the purpose of publicising Cricket District and/or any of its Programs through printed medium, multimedia, websites and social networking medium or any other medium the Company find it appropriate to do so. The participant hereby agrees that they shall not make any monetary or other claim against Cricket District for the use of the picture/statement/entry/information/ personal and or any other data contributed by the participant.

Winners will be declared by Cricket District after the contest ends. The decision and declaration of winners will be at the sole discretion of Cricket District.

2 winner will be announced at the end of the contest, one from Facebook and 1 from Instagram.

Winners will be contacted via email or Facebook and Instagram direct message. Cricket District cannot be held responsible for returned or non-delivered emails.

By entering the contest all participants accept and agree to the above terms and conditions.

Non-acceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the offer.

The prize won by the winner will be non-transferable. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and Instagram. You are providing your information to Cricket District however, the terms and conditions for usage of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are also applicable.

Any entry through any social media platform accounts registered by "bots" or other

automated methods will not be allowed.

SUBMISSION PERIOD

The Campaign shall be open for 1 week starting Tuesday 15th October – 21st October, 2019 (the “Campaign Period”). No Campaign entries shall be permitted after the Campaign period.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

A user can participate via Facebook and Instagram:

On Facebook and Instagram both, the user has to like the post, follow the Payntr Cricket page and Cricket District page 2) The winners will be announced on Facebook and Instagram after contest ends.

All the above steps together make up the “Submission”. Each entry must be original. Failure to complete any step outlined in, or to follow any of, the Official Terms & Conditions will result in disqualification of attempted submission. There is a limit of one submission per person. Submissions may only be submitted by a single registered user. Group Submissions will not be accepted (e.g., although different individuals might have taken part in the making of a Submission, only one individual may be considered to have produced and submitted the Submission). Submissions not submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in these Terms and Conditions, shall not be considered for above prizes.
