1. By entering this prize draw you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions ('T&Cs’) 2. To enter the prize draw you must have provided all the requested details by the competition closing date and time: 09:30am (BST) on the 6th September 2024. To be in with the chance of winning, you must have completed the below actions by the closing time; i) Visited our Cricket District Instagram page and liked our video post from Day 1 at the England V Sri Lanka Test Match at Lord’s, as posted on the 31st August 2024. ii) Ensure you are following @CricketDistrict and @Oris on Instagram iii) Complete this form by 09:30am (BST) on the 6th September 2024. 2. Entry into this Prize Draw gives the winner a chance to win an Oris Father Time Limited Edition watch Product Reference 01 754 7741 3161-Set. Prize must be redeemed by the end of 2024. 3. You must provide your own personal details to be eligible for this Prize Draw otherwise your entry will not be valid; you may not enter on behalf of anyone else. There is only one entry allowed per person. Should you use a false name or e-mail your entry will be disqualified. The promotion is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years of age or over except the promotion is NOT open to employees of Oris or their immediate families or agents or employees of Cricket District or their immediate families or their agents or anyone directly associated with this Prize Draw. 4. Only applications made online via our Instagram page and website will be accepted and entrants online must make their own arrangements for internet access to the Prize Draw, the Promoter will not be liable to pay for such access. 5. No bulk or third-party entries shall be accepted. Entries made online using methods generated by script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. 6. The promotion starts at 09h00 (BST) on the 31st of August 2024 and closes at 09h30 (BST) on 6th September 2024. Entries after this time/date will not be counted. The winner will be contacted on the 6th September via email. The winner will have 72 hours to accept the prize. 7. The winner will be picked at random by an independent adjudicator from all the valid entries giving either the exact correct time or closest prediction of the time of the first wicket in the 3rd Test match for England v Sri Lanka. In the event that no play is possible on Day 1 or no wicket is taken, then all valid entries will be included in the random draw. The exact time of first dismissal will be obtained from the official scorers at the Kia Oval, courtesy of Surrey County Cricket Club. Should the time of dismissal fall between two or more predictions equidistantly, these predictions will be entered into a random draw to decide the winner. (i.e if the time of wicket is 4.34pm, and one person’s prediction is 4.32pm and another person’s is 4.36pm, both of these entries shall be included in a draw, as they are both 2 minutes from the correct prediction.) 8. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via the contact details they provided at entry within 48 hours of the Closing Date of the Prize Draw. The Promoter is not responsible for details inserted incorrectly. If having made those efforts it is not possible to contact a winner, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next valid entrant drawn at random. 9. It is a condition of this Prize Draw that the winner is prohibited from selling or transferring the watch to anyone else. 10. The Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred or transferred and no cash, cash equivalent or other alternatives will be offered. Each Prize is only redeemable by the named winner. It must not be sold on. 11. If a Prize is no longer available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, a prize which in the Promoter's discretion is of equal or greater value will be provided. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, change or cancel the Prize Draw at any time. The Promoter's decision regarding all matters relating to this Prize Draw will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered. 13. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Notice. These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent other than as indicated by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice and/or to Oris.
