Terms of Content Submission 

 

1. Content Submission:

   1.1     Content Provider agrees to submit content (including but not limited to photographs, videos, text, graphics, and other materials) ("Content") to Cricket District.

   1.2 Content Provider warrants that they are the rightful owner of the Content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to submit the Content to Cricket District.

 

2. Grant of Rights:

   2.1 Content Provider grants Cricket District a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and create derivative works of the Content, in any media now known or hereafter devised, for promotional, marketing, and any other lawful purposes.

   2.2 Content Provider acknowledges that Cricket District may use the Content in connection with its website, social media platforms, newsletters, advertising campaigns, and any other channels it deems appropriate.

   2.3 Content Provider agrees that Cricket District may edit, crop, resize, or otherwise modify the Content as necessary.

 

3. Ownership:

   3.1 Content Provider retains ownership of the Content submitted.

   3.2 Content Provider acknowledges that Cricket District may display the Content Provider's name or Content Providername in connection with the Content.

 

4. Representations and Warranties:

   4.1 Content Provider represents and warrants that:

       (a) They have the legal right and authority to enter into this agreement and grant the rights specified herein.

       (b) The Content does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

       (c) The Content does not contain any defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.

   4.2 Content Provider agrees to indemnify and hold Cricket District harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to any breach of the above representations and warranties.

 

5. Release:

Content Provider releases Cricket District from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, liabilities, and damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content as permitted under this agreement.

 

6. Governing Law:

   This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cricket District is located.

 

7. Entire Agreement:

   This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Cricket District and the Content Provider regarding the submission and use of the Content and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

 

By submitting the Content, Content Provider acknowledges that they have read and understood this agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
